RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because our products are chemical formulations, returns must follow safety and hygiene rules. Retail and wholesale orders are treated differently.

Retail orders (consumers)

• Right of withdrawal: you may return an unused product in its original packaging within 15 calendar days of delivery.
• Unopened seal: for safety and contamination reasons, opened bottles, broken seals or partly used canisters cannot be taken back.
• Damaged or wrong item: report it within 48 hours with photos and we cover the return cost and send a replacement.
• Return shipping: if the product is faultless and you simply changed your mind, the return shipping is paid by the buyer.
• Refunds: cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account you provide, within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Wholesale and dealer orders

• Commercial purchases carry no automatic right of withdrawal; returns are agreed with our sales team.
• Short deliveries, punctured containers or leaks must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographs.
• Accepted commercial returns may carry a restocking fee, because every returned batch is re-tested before it can be sold again.
