PRIVACY POLICY & KVKK DISCLOSURE

1. Data Controller (Veri Sorumlusu)

In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and standard General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) frameworks, Buff Chemical A.Ş. (referred to as "Buff Chemical", "we", or "us"), residing at Metal İş Sanayi Sitesi 15. Blok No: 28, Başakşehir / İstanbul, acts as the Data Controller in respect to personal data collected through our systems and online platforms.

2. Processed Personal Data & Purposes

We process your personal data under legal bases specified in KVKK Article 5 and 6:

  • Identity & Contact Info (B2C & B2B): Full name, email address, telephone number, corporate registration, and company details (including tax ID/tax plates for dealers). Processed for executing retail checkouts, establishing partnership status, and sending customer support tickets.
  • Usage & Navigation Details: IP address, device metadata, cookies, and page interaction events. Processed for improving UI/UX flow and tracking conversions via our Meta Pixel integration.

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is handled securely. We do not sell or lease user information to third-party brokers. For execution of our services, data is only shared with authorized partners:

  • ADR-Compliant delivery & logistics companies to dispatch industrial chemical materials.
  • Secure transactional payment gateways (e.g. Stripe checkout) to complete retail payments.
  • Legal authorities if explicitly subpoenaed under regulatory compliance audits.

4. Rights of the Data Subject (İlgili Kişi Hakları)

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you possess the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed, and request details if so.
  • Understand the purpose of processing and check if it is utilized accordingly.
  • Request rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure or destruction of personal data under statutory conditions.
