PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Controller

Buff Chemical, registered at TIRZ Skopje 1, Bunardzik, Skopje, North Macedonia, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We process personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of North Macedonia and the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect and why

We only collect what an order or an enquiry actually requires:

• Order data: full name, e-mail, telephone, delivery address and city. Needed to prepare your order, hand it to the courier and collect payment on delivery.
• B2B application data: company name, tax number and registration documents. Needed to verify dealer status and apply wholesale pricing.
• Technical data: IP address, device type and pages visited. Used to keep the site working and to measure which pages lead to orders.

3. Who we share it with

We never sell or rent personal data. It is shared only where the service cannot be delivered otherwise:

• The courier company that delivers your order and collects the cash payment.
• The bank or payment provider, if you choose to pay by card.
• Public authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Enquiry messages are deleted once the enquiry is closed. Account data is deleted when you close your account.

5. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to privacy@buffchemical.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection.

6. Messages via WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook

When you message us on WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or Facebook Messenger, we receive your message, your profile name and your account or phone identifier from Meta. We use them only to answer your question and, if you place an order, to deliver it. Replies may be prepared by our automated customer-service assistant and every order is confirmed by a member of our team by phone. You can ask to speak to a person at any time. We never send messages you did not ask for and we never sell this data. Message history is kept for up to 12 months to serve you, then deleted.

7. How to delete your data

To delete your data, including messages sent to us on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, send an e-mail to privacy@buffchemical.com or write "DELETE MY DATA" in the same chat. We delete your conversation history and profile data within 30 days and confirm by reply. Order records we must keep by tax law are kept only for the legally required period.
