If glasses come out of the machine with a white haze, the problem is almost never the machine. It is the mineral content of the incoming water reacting with a detergent that was not formulated for it.
Start by knowing your water. Ask your supplier or test it. Our Detergent (Soft Water) is optimised for low mineral content and gives the most economical dose per rack. Detergent (Hard Water) contains the sequestrants needed to keep calcium and magnesium in solution, which is what stops the film forming on glass in the first place.
Descale on a schedule, not after a breakdown. Limescale in the boiler and spray arms raises energy use long before the machine fails. Industrial Limescale & Rust Remover run through an empty cycle at the interval your water hardness dictates - monthly is a common starting point - keeps heating elements efficient.
Finish with the surfaces. Industrial Polish restores stainless steel work tops and hoods, and Battery & Sink Polish takes the water marks off taps and sinks. These are the surfaces an inspector looks at first.
